شركة اللواء للسياحة LTC (LEWA TOURS)، شركة سياحة مصرية مرخّصة من وزارة السياحة برقم 611 فئة (أ) منذ 1986، ومقرها 19ب شارع عدلي، وسط القاهرة. إحنا المسؤولين عن البيانات اللي بتبعتها لنا من الموقع.
LTC Lewa Tours (LEWA TOURS), an Egyptian travel company licensed by the Ministry of Tourism under licence 611 (Category A) since 1986, 19B Adly Street, Downtown Cairo. We are responsible for the data you send us through this website.

What we collect
بيانات طلبك: الاسم ورقم التليفون، والإيميل لو كتبته، وتفاصيل الرحلة اللي بتختارها (الخدمة، الفرع، الميعاد، عدد الأفراد، الملاحظات).
مصدر الزيارة: الصفحة اللي بعت منها، ولغة الصفحة، وبيانات الحملة الإعلانية لو جيت من إعلان (utm).
بيانات الاستخدام: الصفحات اللي زرتها والأزرار اللي ضغطت عليها (زي واتساب والاتصال)، بشكل إحصائي، من خلال أدوات القياس المذكورة تحت.
مستندات السفر: صورة الباسبور والصور الشخصية وغيرها بنطلبها وقت الحجز بس، مش من الموقع.
Your request: name, phone number, email if you add it, and the trip details you choose (service, office, date, number of travellers, notes).
Where the request came from: the page, its language, and campaign tags (utm) if you arrived from an ad.
Usage data: pages visited and buttons clicked (such as WhatsApp and call), in aggregate, through the measurement tools listed below.
Travel documents: passport copies, photos and similar documents are requested at booking only, not through this website.

To reply to your request and send you prices and details by WhatsApp or phone.
To record your request in our internal sales system so our team can follow it up.
To measure and improve the website and our advertising.
To arrange your travel (visas, flights, hotels, transport) if you book with us.

Parties needed for your trip such as airlines, hotels and the authorities that issue visas, only as far as the booking requires.

How long we keep it
بنحتفظ ببيانات الطلبات طول ما هي لازمة لمتابعتك وللسجلات المحاسبية والقانونية المطلوبة، وبعدها بنحذفها أو بنخفي هويتها.
We keep request data as long as needed to follow up with you and for required accounting and legal records, then delete or anonymise it.

Payment, cancellation and refund terms depend on the programme and are given to you in writing before you pay.
