5 خطوات قبل ما تحجز عمرة5 steps before you book an Umrah

اسأل عن رقم الترخيصAsk for the licence numberأي شركة سياحة مرخّصة عندها رقم ترخيص من وزارة السياحة والآثار، ولازم تقولهولك من غير تردد.Every licensed travel company has a Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities licence number and should give it to you readily.
اتأكد إن الشركة مرخّصة وعقدك متسجّلCheck it is licensed and your contract is recordedتنظيم رحلات العمرة مقصور على الشركات المرخّصة. بيانات رحلتك وعقدك بيتسجلوا على البوابة المصرية للعمرة التابعة لوزارة السياحة.Organising Umrah trips is restricted to licensed companies. Your trip data and contract are recorded on the Egyptian Umrah Portal of the Ministry of Tourism.
اطلب عرض مكتوب قبل الدفعGet a written offer before payingاسم الفندق ومكانه، ونوع الأوضة، والطيران، والمشمول وغير المشمول، وشروط الإلغاء — كله مكتوب.Hotel name and location, room type, flights, inclusions and exclusions, and cancellation terms — all in writing.
ادفع للشركة نفسها بإيصالPay the company itself, with a receiptادفع في فرع الشركة أو بطريقة رسمية باسمها، وخد إيصال بكل دفعة.Pay at the company's office or through an official channel in its name, and get a receipt for every payment.
ابعد عن السماسرةAvoid brokersوزارة السياحة بتحذّر من الحجز عن طريق وسطاء أو جهات مش مرخّصة، واحجز من الشركة المرخّصة نفسها.The Ministry of Tourism warns against booking through intermediaries or unlicensed parties; book with the licensed company itself.

How do I know an Umrah company is licensed?

Ask for its Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities licence number, and make sure your trip contract is recorded on the Egyptian Umrah Portal. Organising Umrah is restricted to licensed companies.

إيه هي البوابة المصرية للعمرة؟

What is the Egyptian Umrah Portal?

An official Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities platform where the pilgrim's data, trip programme and contract with the licensed company are recorded, and where you can follow your booking status.

ليه ما أحجزش عن طريق وسيط أو سمسار؟

لأن وزارة السياحة بتحذّر من الحجز عن طريق جهات مش مرخّصة، والحجز من الشركة المرخّصة بيضمن إن عقدك يتسجّل.

Why not book through a broker?

Because the Ministry of Tourism warns against booking through unlicensed parties, and booking with the licensed company means your contract is recorded.
