هل اللواء للسياحة شركة مرخّصة؟
أيوه. شركة سياحة مصرية مرخّصة من وزارة السياحة برقم 611 فئة (أ) منذ 1986، ووكيل معتمد من IATA، وعضو جمعية وكلاء السفر المصرية ETAA.
Is LTC Lewa Tours licensed?
Yes. An Egyptian travel company licensed by the Ministry of Tourism under 611 (Category A) since 1986, an IATA-accredited agent and a member of the Egyptian Travel Agents Association (ETAA).

Where are your offices?
Head office at 19B Adly Street, Downtown Cairo, with offices in 6th of October, Mansoura, Zagazig and Mit Ghamr.

من السبت للخميس، من 10 الصبح لـ 6 المسا، والجمعة إجازة.
What are your working hours?
Saturday to Thursday, 10:00–18:00 Cairo time; closed on Friday.

Where can I see the 1448 Hajj and Umrah programmes?
On our Hajj programmes and Umrah programmes pages, with levels, hotels and published prices.
الأسعار المنشورة نهائية؟
الأسعار المنشورة معتمدة من الشركة، والسعر النهائي بيأكده فريق المبيعات وقت الحجز حسب التوافر.
Are the published prices final?
Published prices are approved by the company; the final price is confirmed by our sales team at booking, subject to availability.
محتاج أوراق إيه للعمرة؟
جواز سفر ساري، وصور شخصية، والفريق بيبلغك بأي متطلبات إضافية حسب البرنامج والتعليمات السعودية وقت السفر.
What documents do I need for Umrah?
A valid passport and personal photos; the team will tell you of any additional requirements based on the programme and Saudi regulations at the time of travel.
فيه نقل لمطار القاهرة من الدلتا؟
أيوه، في رحلات الحج والعمرة بنوفر نقل ذهاب وعودة لمطار القاهرة من الزقازيق والمنصورة وميت غمر.
Is there transport to Cairo Airport from the Delta?
Yes. For Hajj and Umrah trips we provide return transport to Cairo Airport from Zagazig, Mansoura and Mit Ghamr.
الرحلة فيها مشرفين؟
أيوه، برامجنا فيها مشرفين دينيين وإداريين بيرافقوا المجموعة.
Are there supervisors on the trip?
Yes. Our programmes include religious and admin supervisors who accompany the group.

أيوه، كوكيل معتمد من IATA بنحجز ونصدر تذاكر دولية وداخلية لكل الوجهات.
Do you book flights to any destination?
Yes. As an IATA-accredited agent we book and issue international and domestic tickets to any destination.

How do I get a ticket price?
Send your route, dates and number of travellers on WhatsApp or via the flight tickets page, and our team will send available options with prices.

لأن أسعار الطيران ومواعيده بتتغير باستمرار، فبنبعتلك السعر الحالي وقت طلبك.
Why aren't ticket prices published?
Airfares and schedules change constantly, so we send you the current price when you ask.

Do you organise trips within Egypt?
Yes: the Red Sea, the North Coast, Ras El Bar, Ain Sokhna, Luxor, Aswan and Nile cruises.
بتساعدوا في التأشيرة للسفر برّه؟
بنساعدك في تجهيز ملف التأشيرة ضمن برامج السياحة الخارجية. قرار التأشيرة نفسه بيرجع للسفارة.
Do you help with visas for travel abroad?
We help you prepare the visa file as part of our outbound programmes. The visa decision itself rests with the embassy.
عندكم نقل سياحي؟
أيوه، عربيات وفانات وأتوبيسات بسواق للمطار وبين المحافظات والجولات اليومية.
Do you offer transportation?
Yes: cars, vans and coaches with driver for airports, intercity trips and day tours.

Do you work with companies and agencies?

أيوه، بنبعتلك عرض مكتوب فيه البرنامج والسعر والمشمول وغير المشمول وشروط الإلغاء قبل ما تأكد.
Do I get the booking details before paying?
Yes. We send a written offer with the programme, price, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms before you confirm.
أحجز أونلاين ولا لازم أروح الفرع؟
الاتنين. تقدر تبدأ على واتساب أو من نماذج الموقع، وتكمل أونلاين أو في أي فرع.
Can I book online or must I visit an office?
Both. Start on WhatsApp or via the website forms, and complete it online or at any office.
مين بيتابع معايا بعد الحجز؟
مسؤول متابعة على واتساب من أول رسالة لحد ما ترجع بالسلامة.
Who follows up with me after booking?
One coordinator on WhatsApp from your first message until you are home.
